Replacing IM Gasket = Worst Job Ever

Too true Todd, after fighting getting my hands and tools in there I found a 12mm box combo in my other tool box and damn what a difference. Not a fun job but you feel accomplished when it's done.

I thought putting my cyclone manifold in was a pain in the ass, but I only took out the original and never had to reinstall it. Put in a SMIM awhile back and it seemed easier, but at that time everything but the motor was coming out and I have small hands so it didn't take too much to get to the bolts.

I too like the valve cover. Purple isn't my thing, but it still looks nice. I'm in the same boat with the rust. Now that everything is working I'm taking things off one by one. I have a sandblasting cabinet so cleaning everything is easy, but I want to make the jump to powder coating.
