The previous owner of my car put in a Denso 190 fp. I want to replace it with a Walbro 255 fp. So, after all kinds of problems I've managed to remove the Denso pump but as I was ready to put the Walbro in I've noticed that they didn't use the same kind of electrical harness.

The Denso harness looks like this

Whereas the Walbro harness looks like it uses the stock connector.

I didn't get the harness that's in this picture though

What are my options? Do I need to purchase a Walbro harness? (I bought the walbro fuel pump new by the way). I can't drive the car without a fuel pump and I need a harness....what to do?:(

Did you buy the pump new or used. It should have come with a wiring harness. Get a harness and rewire your pump with bigger gauge wire as well.
