Just to get this started Im a complete dummy when it comes to wiring and electrical and meters.

Ok so I think I put my battery in backwards but anyway a big spark happend. I changed my battery terminals. My battery is fully charged. I read multiple threads on this. When I tried to start it my wipers just came on and so did my fan. My alternator fuse blew. After replacing that I thaugt it would start bit I was wrong. My lights come on dim. So I tried having two batteries hooked up. I had mine and jumper cables on the second. It finally started but when I take the jumper cables off it dies out and stalls real quick. I thaught it was my alternator so I took that off and took it to advanced and pepboys and they said it was fine. The alternator is still off the car. What can this be.
