Hey guys I just bought the throttle body shaft seals from Mach V for my '97 Throttle Body. All the threads and VFaq that I see are all on replacing the throttle body shaft seals for a 1g throttle body. So here are my questions:
1.) Is there a write-up for replacing Throttle Body Shaft Seals on a 2g? If not, is it basically the same process on 2g?
2.) According to the VFAQ and the write-up on here by Auto RS-T, I have to drain my coolant. When I do drain my coolant, can I just catch it in a bucket or something, and when I'm done just pour all coolant back into the system that I just took out?
3.) When dis-connecting the actual throttle cable, will it snap back (seems like there is some tention in the cable) or should I support the cable from snapping back with something?
Thanks for all the help
