Hey guys I bought a 96 Tsi a few years back and I think I busted a spring in my clutch. The previous owner had a stage 2 clutch (unknown make) which I really loved and I'm looking into replacements and looking for some input. I could shift smoothly and cleanly with the stage 2 And handle hills and rush hour no problem but I'm planning on upgrading the hp output over the next year or so, should I move to a higher stage clutch or a sprung puck style clutch?
This is my first car, I'm 23 and looking to learn and do all the work myself so any input is appreciated. P.s. I really love my car and have enjoyed driving the snot out of it! I have a race inspired background growing up racing dirtbikes and want be able to take my car to the track and run some car slaloms but maintain relative city drivability.
Thanks guys
