Replaced rear seats with RX7 storage bins [Merged 6-7] rear seat delete

Well, I dont have anything fancy...I just simply removed mine, because I have my seats all the way back and no one could ride back there anywayz. Plus I hate hauling people around. I just recarpeted the area. Well heres an Idea of what it looks like without them anywayz! hopefully this helps someone!

Not if you build a sub box in the place of the back seats. This opens up your trunk (if your sub -box is in the trunk like mine is).

It's just a shelf made out of MDF covered in carpet from a parts store. It was originally in Agent11br's car.

in my 2g I took out the back seat backs, bottom seatbelt assembly and sparetire crap. all in all I lost 114 pounds. I felt bit of difference, mostly in the traction department as it was my old gst. But it wasnt worth loosing two seats....

If you lost 2 seats in a dsm there wouldn't anywhere for anyone to sit.

I'm not 100% sure it was done back in 2007. I posted this on page 11 "I cant remember the year but I believe i got them from the 2nd gen which was from 86 to 92."
