OK, we have this:

the "35" code is code P1490 and P1489 Low speed fan control relay circuit and High speed fan control relay circuit

on 95 Eclipse GS. Car does not overheat, fans appear to be running fine.

What do I fix? Have CEL up, will not reset, need to sell car.

I can see that too, as I had battery off for several days, yet light stayed right after I turned the key.

But, like I said - I need to sell the car, and it's major value reduction.

I looked for it, where it's supposed to be - next to driver right knee - countless times, including in-between those posts here. It's not there.

Now, I know there's difference between 95-s made before, and after June of 95.

some say that only turbos had OBD2. I even found pics of location - mine does not have it. It's dar outside, I'll look tomorrow again. Got me real curious.

Guess what - found it. Hidden under the plastic piece, all the way up and into console. Lemmie see what I can do with my scanner then.

Thanks everyone.

Should have followed here.

1. Scanner erased code, but it came back up today

2. That code P0412, 2ry air injection system, is under recall. Recall # EMR-99-01.

I'll call dealer tomorrow. Anticipating fight, but who knows. Basically, they remove that part completely, and bypass system, but that requires ECM reprogramming, and that I can not do. I'll follow.
