Recommened ball bearing turbo oil pressure.

I know this has been brought up multiple times, but I really just need a straight answer. What is the recommended oil pressure for a 50 trim ball bearing garrett turbo at idle, 1000rpm, 2000rpm, 3000rpm, etc., redline? I know it will vary turbo to turbo but I just need a ballpark answer that is straight to the point and will atleast give me an idea at what to aim for. I've done some research and I am planning on getting the oil source from the head, and plan on using restricters if necessary. Thanks!

Many would recommend feeding from the OFH with restrictors as needed.

Head feed, .035-.040" restrictor is ideal.
