2G Recommend tune

I know this is a very broad question but what are some recommended tune settings for me. I have a small (I think) 16g turbo 775cc injectors and a 40 psi fuel pump and a factory MAF. I don't know what additional information I need to give y'all for this so please just let me know.

Let's start with what car you have. Please full out a profile.
What tuning solution are you using? What fuel? What is a 40psi fuel pump? That isn't a term I've heard in these circles.
Lastly is All Maintenance done? Filters. Ignition. Timing belt etc etc. It is not advised to turn up the power without meticulous maintenance first.

That might be the broadest question one can ask.
There is no silver bullet for a tune, it goes car by car, depending on modifications, state of the engine, and even where you live (ie. Altitude and average temperature)

But id go like.

+2 DEX
+4 STR
-1 INT

Since you have ECMLink V3 according to a post almost a year ago, post a log from it so we can see what your settings are while you create a vehicle profile for us.

If in the past year you haven't learned how to use ECMLink to create a log I suggest starting at ECMTuning.com and getting some background.
