When recirculating my BOV back into the Air Intake, the pipe or tube that goes there, does it have to be the "stock" tube or can it be a silicone tube? The "stock" or 'factory" one is way to short to reach. Will it affect the performance of this if I use a silicone or a coolent type style tube or hose? What would it matter if it is nice and snug and well clamped off at both ends? I am running a Greddy Type RS BOV and Injen Air Intake. Thanks in advance.

Go to your local parts store and try to match up a radiator hose that might work, many people do this.

Thats what I was thinking. I didnt see any reason why this would not work if it was the correct size and sealed off on both ends properly. Just wanted some other opinions. Thanks.

Yep, a radiator hose or other sturdy hose should work, just make sure it is clamped good at both ends and doesn't leak and you should be good

good luck

i went to the hardware store and used some plastic fittings for the hard 90 bends to prevent the hose from crimping, then i used some standard hosing. maybe 6 bucks invested.

Thanks again guys. Like I said, I just wanted to make sure as long as it was the proper fit and it was sealed off at both ends, that it would not affect the performance of this.
