Recirculation Intake pipe?

Lets say I'm switching over to SD and I have my a recirc. intake pipe, but I want to or need to vent my BOV and I cap my recir. on my intake will that cause air turbulence in the pipe more than having an intake pipe without the recirc. fitting? Or is it not enough to worry about?...

Cap it and dont worry about it, you can also recirculate with speed density.

Thats kind of what I was thinking, but didn't know for sure....
