I need an opinion. Cylinder head details:

Standard sized stainless intake and exhaust valves
Bronze magnesium valve guilds
3G revised lash adjusters
Force Performance FPCam2 camshafts

The head was rebuilt about 1500 miles ago, the valves and guides are brand new. The lifters are a good four plus years old and the cams are around two years old.

So I make a video of my car running for someone else, unrelated to the noise issues, just so he can hear the TIAL BOV I have and some other people see it and make comment that it has a lot of lifter noise.

Is it possible there are some bad lifters in there? I guess I've never seen a 3G lifter go bad. That is what we are hearing correct?

More good information to know would be:

What grade and viscosity of oil?
What is the level of oil in the pan?

I have found that using anything less than 10W40 causes valve tick. Even in the Kias and Mazdas that I have built, I found that the common valve tick went away when I switched to a heavier viscosity oil. I also found that synthetic with a low cold viscosity were worse than mineral oils with a standard 10 or 15 cold viscosity, or even single weight oils.

I would say either soak the lifters for a day or two in a good virgin solvent ( i used lacquer thinner) and then clean and re-bleed them. Or just get a set of the revised by Topline. i got a set recently and 'm running 5w-30 on the rules of my machinist's warranty and they are dead silent.
