rebult tranny, now clutch pedal sticking

well i had my tranny rebuilt and put it back in today and put everything back together and sat in my car and went to push the clutch in and the pedal stuck to the floor, my master cylinder and Slave Cylinder worked fine prior to the rebuild so i dont know whats up. i put a new clutch, flywheel, and TOB in while i was at it too, any help would be appriated thanks

You check the clutch fluid yet? Obvious, but I managed to over look it. Make sure you're not checking the larger brake fluid reservoir, you want the smaller/skinnier clutch fluid reservoir. If it's at an ok level, could be air in the lines (needs to be bled).

Did you put it back in? Did you check for any leaks?

I agree with jumpfroggy. I bet bleeding the air out of your system will fix the problem.

yea everything is back in, master cylinder is full still, but i dont know how air could have got in the line, i didnt remove the slave cylinder i just took it off the tranny and hung it up, buuut i guess i will bleed it tomorrow

after searching and reading and reading and reading i have reason to believe all it needs to be is adjusted.... probably just wishful thinking, but i will try that first tomorrow, and bleed the lines if that doesnt work, i will post with my conclusions tomorrow, hopefully its a good news post and not another HELP ME post

i know this was a little late but my clutch pedal just needed ajustment and it works fine now
