My friend has a 92 laser awd and spun a rod, we did all the work replacing the bearings and crank and added a 20g turbo, FMIC, boost and oil gauge. After everything we go to start the car and the horn goes off and the tail light fuse started vibrating the car will not turn over. Gave up for the day if anyone has any information before we go work on it will be very helpful.

obviously its electrical, so theres no pin pointing at this time but all i can suggest is to double check all your wiring, and a horn going off can be several issues, one the fuse is stuck in closed position, 2- some wiring some where is backwards (reverse polarity) and 3- improper grounding somewhere, or a short somewhere along the wiring, good luck tho!

thanks today im going to go through and check everything and see if i can get it to turn over it wouldnt of been so bad if my friend would of labled everything!
