I just had a quick newb question, because EVERY turbo I have ever dealt with has been used
I just got the rebuilt 14b, it never has been run, just assembled. When you turn the wheel with your hand, is it supposed to keep spinning under it's own momentum? Or is it ok that it stops rather quickly? It spins smoothly, just doesn't keep going like the other bigger turbo's. I thought maybe the bushing type bearing turbo's like the 14b don't spin that fast if you do it by hand, or that because it hasn't been run at all, it just made me nervous at first.
