Rear toe adjustment maxed out?

Thanks again for the tip, Kevin. I practiced reaming the hole on a spare spindle that I had laying around. It was much easier than I though it would be. I had planned to install these arms tonight, but that's getting pushed back a week. I'll report back once I get the car on the rack again.

Well, I finally figured out why they ran out of adjustment. My Ingalls camber kit also has eccentric bolts that can be used to adjust toe. The shop must not have known/remembered that they were there. I double checked and the right rear is way out of whack, forcing the front of the wheel outward. The left side isn't as bad, but still needs adjustment as well. Also, the right rear toe arm was definitely seized and was not allowing for a full range of adjustment.

I ran out of acetylene gas last night before I could torch the seized factory toe arm off, otherwise I would have finished it all last night. I'm really hoping to get it back on the alignment rack by the end of the week.

I also raised the rear ride height another .325" to try to help a bit with clearance between the new toe arms and the subframe. It looks like I lost about 1.125" clearance with the new arms due to them not having the bend. And because I'm a picture whore, here's a few more:

nice setup, how much that set you back? I may have a similar problem, we'll see after my next alignment (replaced one seized eccentric and toe arm, working up the nerve to tackle the other one soon)
