I tried putting on my ST rear sway bar yesterday and it won't fit with my thermal exhaust. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a different sway bar that will work with my exhaust? Thanks.

Well I just did a search on that "other" dsm site and I found out that Suspension Techniques and Thermal don't like eachother so I guess the only thing i need to know is if there is a company that makes a rear sway bar that will fit with my thermal exhaust? Also, anyone need a ST rear sway bar cheap? PM me if so.

how cheap we talking? have a pic of it?

PM'd you back miamieclipse. Sorry about the title, i posted right after i tried to put it on and i was still a little pissed that it didn't work. As far as the price goes pm me and i will tell you, but if you have an aftermarket exhaust that goes underneath the rear suspension it won't fit.

I have a 2g w/ thermal tech exhaust, and I purchased a ST rear sway bar and it didn't fit. Did you find out any solutions?

If you take the exhaust to an exhaust shop they should be able to bend it or modify it to fit. Shouldn't cost more than $50.

I know the RM sway bar works with the Tanabe 3" exhaust for the 2Gs.

Yes, either buying a different exhaust/sway bar or having the exhaust bent to satisfy the st sway bar.

Does the tanabe exhaust go under the rear suspension or over it?
