1G Rear seat belt bolts

First off... I am not sure where to post this. So if this is in the wrong spot, I am sorry.

I bought a 91 TSi Talon as a project car a couple months ago. Well, I have it rebuilt and a new trans in, so its ready for the road... except it doesnt have any rear seat belts and I wont be able to get a rebuilt title until I have them in.

I was able to track down a set of rear belts, but the car doesnt have the bolts to bolt the belts in with. Does anyone know what size/pitch the bolts are that hold down the seat belts?

17mm or 11/16ths. Couldn't get one out to look at the thread though. Hope that helps you some.
