Rear axle installation?

I bought a set of graveyard rear axles ( 97 gsx ) and they don't come with the inner cups. I was aware of this, they do however not even include the clamps or the boot / grease either. Are you guys transferring the boots or buying a boot kit from somewhere? If you're transferring are you reusing the clamps or where are you getting clamps from? I searched autozones website and they don't list rear boot kits and I'm not sure where else to get it locally... DSS axles appear to be the same way.

Just got to advanced and get a universal axle boot kit. Do not use the boot but you can use the grease and the clamps the kit comes with and reuse your boot, thats what I did.

Do you remember what the part number was for their universal kit? I went on the website and searched but couldn't find it and I want to be sure the clamps are the right size also. Thanks.

Look on JNZtuning. They have all of the correct factory boots. The boots come with grease and clamps.

Last try, anyone know of anything I can get at a local autoparts store? I took it apart and transferred everything including boots and grease, I just need the clamps. I'd hate to spend $100 for 4 clamps....

You dont have to. Like I said if yoy go to any auto parts store just ask for a universal axle boot kit. They have the clamps in it. Then I posted a link for the clamps online. You could also try a drive shaft shop.

RTM sells just the boot clamps but shipping from Canada will probably kill any savings.
