Really Really Slow To Fast?

Ok here's the deal. When i start my car every thing seems to be normal, but then when i put it either in drive or reverse and push the gas it goes nowhere . I have to rev it up to around 5krpm in order for it to move at least 1mph . Then after driving it around for about 10 min (going 5mph) everything is going ok again and seems to be boosting fine.

My cel is on and i pulled the codes P0700, and P1400. could these be causing me to go limpy to fast?

Come on now....there has to be an answer to my problem. I dont want to take it to the dealership and spend a grip load of money on something that i can fix myself.

It sounds like you have a problem with your transmission. Your torque converter is probably messed up, or you're low on fluid. That would explain why when it heats up it works.

My trans just had a fresh rebuild and my fluid was just change and i checked my fluid and its still full. How do i check if the converters ok?

Well i called the a dealership and they said that i still have a warranty on my car and that they will fix it for free . It dont sound right to me , but hey if they say its free, then i guess its free
