Real/Fake SSQV

Is my SSQV a genuine one? It is constructed very well. I've never seen one my style without the fins in the side. I've found it very hard to value. I don't want to sell it for $50 if it's rare. Could be junk though.

seems genuine..not all have those fins your talking about.
i think the older ones are the ones whitout the fins..

The limited edition black ones are actually rare..But I digress.And only had that to attribute to this thread.

The one you have has the recirculation fitting installed instead of the fin insert. It looks like the one I had on my previous car.

I bought the recirculation piece after I got the BOV. It came with the three-pronged insert only
