Rattle coming from transmission cover

Whats up tuners, so i just recently bought a 97 gsx from tsmith. The car had the rear wheels locked up so i originally thought it was the rear diff but ended up being the t case. Well that problem is solved. Now a loud rattle is coming from the transmission flex plate cover. (Its an auto) so i was wondering if i did something wrong while i did the t case beacause before that it didnt make any noises. What do you guys think."?

first things first, make sure all your bolts are torqued down properly. how loud is the rattle and does it get worse when you accelerate?

Its really loud unless i press down with my hand it goes away. And all my bolts are torqued.

is it possible the cover is bent and rubbing the flex plate?
