Rare JDM Black Greddy Type S

Hey guys-

Ive got this rare Greddy typse S Black edition from back in the day. Leaks really bad. I mean it starts blasting right out through the top cover seal at 5 psi. Does anyone know where I can new o rings to rebuild it with?

I have been running the NRG valve for years now with no issues from it. It is the same as a greddy, but better IMO. The diaphragms are supposed to be much stronger than the Greddy ones.

I would assume that the adjustment screw o-ring is the same size and can be ordered on their website here along with the diagram. http://ngrperformance.com/shop-blow-off-valves/

It's probablythe diaphram. These guys, NGR Performance, bought the right from Greddy & are making an upgraded Type S. They sell parts & replacement diaphrams. Give them a try.

Ever see a type-s with a copyright sticker, or u.s. patent number? Lol there weren't any rights to buy a non patented design.

You can rebuild the type s with an eBay type s, or spend $60 and rebuild with the ngr diaphragm.

I love the authentic type s and ngr, the fake eBay ones do not replicate the sound correctly.

I will say that I have a no name $20 type s knock off that has held 20psi though a 14b, and I consider that a success. Though it makes zero noise, I've heard crushed 1g bovs make more noise
