Please read my description , it will answer your questions. In short, Mitsubishi North America documented the production numbers of the 6 cars made for the 1999 year in the profile based on the cars vin #. Eclipse Spyder gst Sundance Plum Pearl. Black leather interior, 5 speed transmission. I'm the original owner. The car is original factory stock except for new brakes... and a replaced top. The original lasted 17years. The car remains in the condition you see in my photos.
Please let me know if you have any info. regarding the other 5 that may still exist.

There were 44 Spyder's in P51 Sundance Plum Pearl made for 1999. Only 6 had black interior - 4 in manual transmission and 2 in auto.

I can't find any other information other than that.

We all get that error. The OP does not have or did not create a vehicle profile so the link is “dead”.

I’m fairly certain that creating one will create a new build journal. We might be able to merge them together after that. Either way, the only currently available information outside of this thread is in the OP’s profile and offers nothing more than what is already posted in this thread.

Hey... thanks for that. Did not know that only 4 were 5mt.
Heard a recent story about the Green Eclipse used in the first fast & furious... it's original color was Sundance Plum Pearl.
Wonder if it was one of the 44 or one of the six...?

The movie used 6 '95 cars and 1 '96, so you heard incorrect information.

I should have posted the link earlier.
You have a build journal obviously as thats what we're posting.
A vehicle profile is simply a list of the car itself, what's done to it etc so when a member needs help we can review what's been done.
Even if the car is stock a profile quickly tell us that etc.
