So I have ben running link v2 no problem. I upgraded to v3 with speed density and all of a sudden I have the magical missfire. It only does it cruzin between 2.5 k to 3.1k. I have read 20 plus post and cant find anything to help. What's the best way to approach fixing it.I have tried tunning it out with no success. Any help is appreciated.

OBD-II 2G ECU's were designed to detect misfires from a sensor reading directly from the crank. A simulated crank signal from the CAS may not be accurate enough for some ECU's.

With a 6bolt swap, I'm assuming you're running a 1g cas. Like stated above, a 1g cas simulates the crank signal and isn't accurate enough to detect misfires. In other words...disable misfire detection in Link (DTCs page->uncheck misfire) and ignore it.
