I know how to install the front ones they are pretty straight forward, but the rear ones are tricky and have no idea how to get these fitted.
PLEASE do not refer me to gofer's thread as i've read it over probably a good 5 times and did not find ANY useful information on how to get these fitted.

. But I would say you probably need to drill new holes for them and then use a nut/bolt combo to secure.
