My passenger side radiator fan is shot and needs to be replaced. I don't believe it's the relay as when I try to spin the fan manually it does not spin good and squeaks as if the bearing is gone.

So I want to replace it. The car has been running fine and not overheating with only one fan but I should really replace it (as I shouldn't be buying performance parts when repairs need to be made). Since I need to replace the passenger side fan I might aswell replace both of them.

I want to do this on somewhat of a budget but I would like more cooling than stock. I've been looking at the Mishimoto Slim Electric Fan 12". Does this fan work for both the driver side and passenger side fans? Can the direction be reversed for push and pull? Do I have to splice wires for these or are they direct plug in?

What do you guys recommend for fans? I would prefer not to wire them and get direct plugins but I'm not afraid to wire them if that's the only way to get more than stock cooling. I am on the factory radiator.

I'm not sure of a company that makes fans that are direct plug in. That would be extremely cost intensive to research every single plug for every car and to buy the plugs and all that. Most fans I have seen need to be wired in. It's only two wires anyways.

Nothing needs to be changed (wiring wise) if you want the fans to act as pushers or pullers, just mount the fan on the other side of the radiator and reverse polarity.

BTW, I have no problems with Mishimoto. Solid products
