hi all i have searched and i have found only few posts talking about my problem

my fans (BOTH) kick in only when the temp level is above the temp signal on the stock 2g gauge

it just happen recently i dont know why ? before they used to kick in early , the tempreture now is MILLION DEGREES in dubai with 89% humidity and im afraid i will just destroy the car

once they kick in the temp will go back to normal and then again it will heat up until the fans kicks in

could it be my coolant sensor ? or the reading tempreture sensor on the thermostat housing reading wrong? how can i make sure ?

thanks for your help

When you added coolant did you run the engine with the rad cap to get the air out of the system? Just throwing out ideas here.

...
5 - changed the lower radiator hose twice and now its giving me a balloon again ??????
6- i doubled the seal on my radiator cap as it was leaking and pushing coolant to the overflow tank.
...

If you had to double the seal on your radiator cap, that was a band-aid fix. Have you pressure checked your coolant system?

I'm almost thinking that this may be headgasket related. It may be cracked in such a way that it only pushes air into your system, but coolant doesn't leak back through into the cylinder. I've seen it happen before.

If you're pushing that much coolant out, either air is forming in your system (coolant boiling) or you headgasket is leaking.

Have you tried running some coolant in the mix? Like 30/70 coolant/water? The coolant doesn't just keep the water from freezing, it also raises the boiling point.

ok well when i remove the cap i can really see bubbles going out and some foamWTF?? also when the car is off and cold i can see that my lower radiator hose is FLAT ( like flat like its stick to each other) and i have to open the cap to release the air from it then it will be in shape again. i am not loosing coolant though or water ?? and today i start noticing white smoke after idle ???

now this is my second radiator hose and its deforming ?? i guess iam gonna buy new one tomorrow again

guys please a HG job in here will cost me around 1000 USD if not more ??/ please help me out i hope its not a HG

sounds like my issue, was pushing coolant after letting it sit for a day( run the car and park it and dont tuch it till the next day and pop the rad cap) if it spits coolant then its a HG Breach, and thats why mine is down, #1 cly on my head gasket got a crack and was blowing air into the coolant chambers causing it to heat up.

get a leak down and a pressure test to make sure. GL.

so lets say its the HG breach will it hurt anything than slightly overheating if i keep on driving it like that?? i dont want to pay 1000 usd now , i would rather sell it eventhough i will cry that day but come on i really dont want to pay 1000 usd for this.

at first no, but later down the road, could lead to major damage, warped head, cracked block etc etc. Id take it to get a compression test and a coolant leak down test to see for sure, i paid $120 to have that done and glad i did as it found the problem and now im working on putting it back to gether as soon as i find another timing belt tensionor as i think mine is leaking.

Get it checked out, rather pay for the test then a new engine(rather rebuild) down the road

man that test you did in US and you paid 120 USD i wish everything is like this here, here god knows if they even know how to make the test ???? plus if they do then i have to go to the tunning shops here which are way expensive man. i will find a way to do these tests by myself even if i have to buy some tools. if i find out that its my HG then i will drive it until its really failed then i will change it.:cry::cry: i will start tomorrow first by changing my lower rad hose as its deforming now .

before i forget , i checked my oil dip stick after running and i noticed a tiny tiny bubbles of air on the oil that is on the dipstick . is this normal or another sign of failure ?

guys i made a compression test today and it came out like this and i changed my upper and my lower radiator hoses with BLITZ HOSES.

168 - 165- 163- 168

my fans are kicking in LATE , i really want to know why ?? if i disconnect the coolant temp senosor the fans will be on all the time and my car will never overheat even if i get on it and i will not push coolant but there was some white smoke after idle. what the hell it could be guys ?????? why my fans are late?????

Do a leak down test but im pretty sure your just gonna find a head gasket that is leaking air into the coolant system. You said you put a new water pump on when you did your timming belt. If you are able to do a timming belt on your car I see no reason why you cant take your time and install a head gasket in it. No reason to part ways with your dsm over a head gasket.
