If I removed the headlights it would kick me out of nearly every class except FIP at IFO. Well it would put me in classes with dam near pro mod cars.

Thanks.. yeah i dont enter my car into anything besides the shootout, so it doesn't effect me at all. Just something to have fun in, and i dont have to worry about wiring anything up. I built all the brakets to mount the headlights, just dont need them!

Still same rods. Will be doing a new bottom end this spring/summer.

Got the car all finished, and had the car weighed to see where its at, and im very satisfied with the result! It was weighed ready to rock with all fluids, just with out me in it. This thing should be nasty this year. Opening day at PRP is April 6th, and I will most definitely be there to make some passes.

Sure is , and it still has all glass with most of the interior from the seats forward. I cant stand a car without a dash and consule so that will never change. But next on the list is lexan all around and carbon hatch. Would like to see 2100lbs final weight!

Are you planning on replacing all glass for lexan or just the hatch glass? I just read today that a 2g carbon hatch and lexan was only about 35-40 lbs weight savings.. Im not really sure what the 1g hatch weighs.. I do know that my buddys carbon hatch is friggin light though.. like maybe 10lbs?

Plan is replace all the glass with lexan with a carbon fiber hatch. Also want to get the tube mustache bar with some rear tube control arms! I'm being a weight freak right now .just need to lose some my self too.
