I know im not going to be happy with the Honda but its more about being able to get help from my parents if I sell the car. My parents want me to sell the car and get something newer. If I listen to them and something goes wrong with the car I bought, I can play the "You told me to get this car" card and I think they will help me fix the car. If something goes wrong with the DSM they will play the "See we told you to sell the car card" and then I have to hear their shit untill the car is fixed. In the end I know my parents are going to be more willing to help me with money if I sell the car then if I keep it.c5chris said:Selling a car just to buy a used car is dumb. You will have a car that you know nothing about and will be stuck troubleshooting it.
Your DSM had been your car for a while. You know how it works and the little problems that it has. Keep it and stop modding it.
If you're buying new, you got 5 years till the warranty expires and the headaches begin.
If you are complaining about gas, there is really nothing you can do but buy a hybrid. A Honda might save you some mileage since it has no turbo and does not require premium, but I dont think you'll be happy with one (except if it were an S2000 or any Acura).
Turn down your boost and stop modding. If you want, bring it back to stock and sell your mods. That's extra cash in your pocket for gas.

Keep it!TheTSiGuy said:Ah well, Evolutions are getting cheap these days. If I get one am I still considered cool because I have a 4g63?

Unlike yours, my DSM was totaled by some drunk. so now I have a VW Jetta but still can't stop thinking about the dsm.
