quick tuning question

OK, im kind of a noob at tuning but I just want to clarify something. I am currenty running 15 psi with the 14b and 7cm housing. On the graph on my logger it shows 1 count of knock it seems right when the timing curve starts (when I hit the gas). After that I get 0 counts all the way to about 6500rpm. I just want to know that as long as there is no knock reading that I am perfectly safe right? Because, a bad timing curve would result from knock counts? right? Also ive heard that 1 count of knock is acceptable. Am I correct too? Thanks guys.

1 count of knock is nothing at all to worry about. Yes your are correct. Keep it under 2 and you are fine.

alright thanks. Also Sometimes ive gotten random readings of like 8 counts when not even under boost sometimes. It seems to happen when I engine break. Since this count of knock is high enough for the ecu to change timing, will the timing gradually change back to what it normally was before the knock count if it doesnt see knock for a long time or will it be stuck at what the ecu pulled it too. Thanks
