As far as the sputtering it could be anything from fuel issues to the ECU you installed. How long has it been sitting?
No, if it is on the side where the exhaust is coming from, it will simply spool slowly as it will constantly be leaking exhaust. It will also throw off what your O₂ sensor is reading and screw with closed-loop fueling.

Ohh ok thanks., i have a boosting problem ,i have the boost cotroller set at the lowest posible setting and it boost 20+ psi . Should i change the gastegate for one with a 8psi spring . I dont know anything about this wastegate it came with the setup i picked up from a friend
