Quick question

Ive just had my 98 gsx tuned with the following mods. My question is i want to purchase big bore lifters and hks 272 cams. Will i need a retune if i have them installed?

-3" dejon intake semigloss black
- brand new k&n filter
- hallman boost controller
-auto meter cobalt oil press gauge
-auto meter cobalt boost gauge
-innovate lc-1 wideband with blue digital gauge
-ngk race wires
-stage 4 TRE trans
-act 2600 clutch
-act streetlite flywheel
- bypassed neutral switch
- poly upgraded motor mounts
-road race engineering short throw shifter
- 3" magnaflow turboback exhaust
- high flow cat
