2G Quick question about the coil wiring on a 1g head swap

I have a 98 gst with a 1g head.....I have the cas wired up right. I had a 98 ecu but replaced that with a 97 ecu because (and im still not sure) was damaged. The cop setup I got was wired with the 98 ecu in mind. Will I have to swap wires in the cop setup with the 97 ecu?

I had a thread bookmarked but I cant find it.

Anyone?

The car is a 98 GST with a 97 ECU and 1g head...........the cas is a hall effect type if my info is right.

The only time anyone needs to consider swapping plug wires around when using a 1G CAS is when a '95 or '96 ECU is involved.
