The line at the bottom right leads to the turbocharger coolant line.

The line at the back of the housing, leads to a section of piping that comes off of the initial coolant piping from the aluminum pipe (that sits in front of the engine block, below the manifold that leads to the water pump and the lower radiator hose), which I'm pointing at. Sorry for the bad picture.

Since you've got a '90, like I have, here's another picture that might help you out.

There are two on the back of the thermostat housing and neither leads directly to the water pipe. The large one passes through the heater core before returning to the water pipe extrusion while the other goes to the throttle body and the FAIV.
