1G Questions on exhaust gaskets

Ok, I'm about to replace my sh!t 1g exhaust manifold. I'm getting a 2g turbo manifold. Anyway, I'm gonna need a new manifold gasket and a turbo to manifold gasket.

Has anyone had any experience with this one http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=17655&cat=0&page=1 or this one http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=17335 .

I don't have the time to put one on and have it leak. So I was wondering if anyone has any input as to if these gaskets are no good or are great whatever.

Also, since I have a 1st gen and I'm putting a 2nd gen manifold on is there anything special I have to do? And does anyone have any tips for not breaking the studs. Thanks for all the help.

Before you remove any exhaust related bolts get some PB Blaster and soak the bolts for a little while. Also, tighten the bolts JUST A LITTLE BIT before you back them out. Just a tiny tiny bit of tightening will make things so much easier. Manifolds are the same. Gaskets are the same. As long as you torque them down correctly (Inside out) then you'll be fine.

Thanks for the help, just what I was looking for. I just realized something though. There are two different size turbo gaskets. I have a 14b thats going to connect to a 2g manifold. So would I need the 7cm or the 6cm one? Or does it even matter? Thanks.
