What would be better for a EvoIII Manifold Gasket? 4 ply? or 2 ply.

Ok what about a Mr. Gasket copper exhaust manifold gasket?

Never used a Mr copper gasket but might as well do a OEM 4 layer. I usually buy 2 to save on shipping and make a list of other gaskets/seals/orings etc that would be needed
