Hello i was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's normal for my car to have black and white head ports as cylinder 4 is black, cylinder 3 is white, cylinder 2 is black and cylinder 1 is white. Does it have something to do with my spark plugs? any help would be appreciated thanks.

What Kind of mods do you have on the car? Can you post pics? Depending on how white the white ones are could mean your running lean. As for the black ones are the a wet black? Or dry black? Wet would mean oil is getting by some where and out the exhaust and dry black (more of a soot) would be some what normal. Pics would do wonders tho.

generally excessive white is from a lean condition. itmightbe worth having the head checked out by a head shop for burnt valves or cracked seats

ok thanks for the help but I did a leak down test and it turns out that all my cylinders is only leaking about 8%, so does this mean it has something to do with my injectors? or my tune?

It looks like those two cylinders are running leaner than the others. The white buildup isn't uncommon or necessarily bad, but you wan't the AFR of all your cylinders to be as close as possible.

I'd start at the injectors- Take them out and clean them. A can of carb cleaner and a AA battery will do the trick. Make sure the connectors are clean, dry, and clip on tight. I'd even try swapping the injectors between 2/4 and 1/3.

ok thanks, I'm going to try that with a new set of 1000cc injectors since I'm running e85 and will be cranking up the boost so ill see how that goes

Have you been running E85? If so then its completely normal to have white soot on the valves. So I'd say the cylinders with the black valves are running pretty rich.

What AFRs are you tuning for?
