Question. HKS SSQV install on 2G.

I think I'm getting a HKS SSQV bov and recirc fitting. Is this all I will need to install it?

yeah but what are your goals?

If you want more power later, I would get a FMIC instead of upgrading pipes and then just replacing them with say a punishment kit.

I want to do a FMIC kit but I don't have the money right now and I have a few other things that need to get done first. I thought that while I wait for a FMIC I should have good piping. Everywhere I read people say to change it and I'm getting a BOV soon so I was gonna do them both at once.

Yeah but why buy twice?

You will buy those pipes, and then when you upgrade and get a new turbo/mbc....you will need to get a FMIC

Anyways do what you want and yes those pipes are fine

thats better, no it will not require welding. Just drop that into your stock pipe.

then later down the road buy a FMIC kit.

nvm, the ebay item is best to do first.

just dont do a FMIC till u go bigger turbo. the t-25 will lag with a FMIC of decent size. no need.

itll just drop in,but that c clamp trying to get it so it seals right on that adaptor is a PITA needs some heavy duty c clamp pliers at least it was to get mine in

yes, it's retarded. that and the o-ring is always thin, and it leaks. i had to make my own gasket for mine. PITA

that bov kit kinda reminds me of my turboxs bov and that thing sucked,the guy i bought it from put electrical tape to seal it,dont ask why
