Hello,

I adjusted the TPS sensor exactly as it says here when I rebuilt the throttlebody. When I run the MMCD logger it says I am at 15% throttle while at idle with absolutely no thottle pressed in. From what I have read, it seems 10% is supposed to be 0 throttle? With the throttle fully engaged it goes to 99.6% which seems to be correct and okay. The throttle cable is not too tight. I loosened it just to make sure and received the same 15% numbers.

Should I leave it or adjust it while logging it to get it to 10%?

In addition it would not reach 5k Ohms as it says in that document. It sat at 4.7 Ohms instead, but I got it perfectly on .9k Ohms.

You should be fine with 4.7ohms, I have always set my TPS using two bobby pins girls use in there hair. Push them in the backside of the tps plug on the harness, one on ground and one on the signal wire to ecu. Now hook your volt-meter onto the bobby pins and set TPS to .60 volts. Then tighten TPS and recheck volts at idle and wot a few times.

I went outside and adjusted TPS voltage today and set it for .63v at the pins, but after re-reading your post Ace_gst is it supposed to be at .6v at the pins? From what some threads seem to say is 0.63v like here. It was at .76v when I started which MMCD said was 15.5% throttle. Not at 0.63v MMCD says it is at 13.3%.

I was reading through past threads and saw this post which says it should be between 0.48v and 0.52v which should show 10% on a logger. Do you think I should go for that?

.63V is the spec it should be at. Don't worry about the logger reading as long as you hit .63V everytime with the throttle closed and at least 4.5V at WOT (as close to 5V as possible is ideal).
