question about s-afc2!!

i installed my afc not to long ago,and i noticed that when i gave full throttle that my afc would only read 98...99% so i reset the afc and it went back to showing 100%!i get my car back from the tranny shop today and i noticed that it is doing it again what could this be???

It just means that the SAFC has seen a higher voltage out of your TPS sometime since you last reset it than it does now.
If your TPS is correctly set and the shop didn't mess with the throttle cable you can just reset it. What it reads doesn't matter.
The two things that do are that the TPS is set for the correct opening of the IPS switch and that the throttle cable isn't too tight that it holds your throttle open at rest and opens the throttle up as far as it can at WOT.
