Question about LSD

I took 94 awd laser for test drive the other day...car runs fine. Only thing im not sure on is when i drive the car and when I crank the steering wheel all the way or even half way to either side (turning left or right) car feels like its under a brake. Its like driving a car and having your left foot on a brake pedal..but that only happens when I turn left or right..is that because of the lsd?..thats what guy tell me

The guy many have welded up one or both of the Diffs. Say bye bye to daily driver if it is

Not if they are the stock LSD's.
