Car seems to run a little better now. It doesn't spit as much under decelleration (which did sound kind of badass). Anyways, I found out the previous owner had the ngk***7**'s in. I put the 6's in because I thought the higher numbers were for more modded cars.
Anyways, heres a pic of the old plugs. They are laid out in order from cyl1 on. # 1 was a little oily, but I think thats because my O valve cover gasket is leaking.
Anything bad stand out? I don't know what to look for on a spark plug.

What about stock? I have a stock 4G64. What ones should i get? I was told the ones i bought last time dont really help. Its time to replace them.

In a turbo, I don't use anything fancy for my set up. Unless your making like 30psi then theres something I would recomend.

Why not use 8s if they don't foul out?

I would look up what spark plug is recommended using partsamerica.com, the same engine used by advanced auto.

Looks like #1's rings are heavily worn. Do a leakdown test. The o-ring on the valve cover has nothing to do with the inside of the cylinders.

The # 1 plug had oil all over it when i first pulled it.

The important thing is to distinguish between oil all over the spark plug that you've wiped off (but missed the inside lip) and oil that has leaked into the cylinder and coated the spark plug.

Was there oil on the threads when you pulled it? If not, it's reasonable to assume that the oil that got all over the top of the spark plug couldn't have found it's way down to the combustion side and you do indeed have an issue with compression in that cylinder.

The oil was pooled up at the bottom of the plug well, and there was wet oil on the threads when I pulled it out.

That's great. I'm talking about the wet carbon on the ring around the rim of the bottom of the plug body, at the end of the dry threads. That doesn't look like anything you picked up when pulling the plug out, unless you managed to drop it perfectly into the puddle without getting any on the threads. The side electrode is also darker than the other three, as though it's had oil baked onto it.
