Purchasing New Hood for 05' What do you think??

You can look at the hood through www.visracing.com and skip the intro and agree with the terms. The pics of the hood is on the front page in the middle and it's call the "G' Speed" for a 95-99 Eclipse! I'm getting the first one made and sent out to me but I wanna know your guys opinion! OR

its cool, but id call and make sure it fits turbo applications, cause most of the hoods for us are just for n/t.

One of the guys that works there told me it fits all 95-99 DSM's. I like the fact that it looks similar to the fusion of some what!! Although the price on the hood is to much for what they ask for! Now I need to get rid of my Invader hood for that one to save me the money! The first person for $275 can have it! It sucks buying a product and turns out that they come out with a new item on the site!

actually i think that hood would flow better with your body kit you have on your car now. I say go for it

and if you had a evo cf hood id be all over that. im looking for a new vented hood for cooling purposes.

I like your style guy! That hood is better than the invader, the vents are alot more open then my evo style. Go with it if you like it, the rest of your car is sweet and thats a tit font bumper.

Well,

All you guys know how long shipping hoods are when it comes from VIS or any other company --------> U have to wait a long time to get them!!! Yes, my front and rear bumper is also carbon, I've been waiting for my bullet fenders, side skirts, and rear hatch in all carbon as well and they are still not here..... It's already 6 months down the line and still waiting!!

one word, dammmmm thats the sexiest looking hood I've seen for a eclipse yet. I've been looking for a new hood for a whiles and I think thats the one. I will be ordering one when I get off work today.

Ummm, I think you have a problem. My friend gets hooked up direct from VIS, and he ordered a cf trunk and got it within a week.

The hood doesn't look that bad.

His original post states that he is obtaining the first hood of that design type. Which would probably explain the wait.

that hood is sick i dont think you should have any problems with it at all.. most people say vis hoods are for mainly N/T but that's about WRONG, visracing makes great hoods and most of the designs are for use of turbo vehicals since the reverse induction and what not are all functional 2 pull heat out. I say go for it, awsome investment and well worth it
