98 gs 5speed 109k has small oil leak from valve cover guy said he replaced the rubber gasket but didnt use any kind of RTV or any kind of sealer paying 1200 for it comes w new lowering spring in the box everything is stock drives runs smooth but disnt drive it long enough to see if it burns alot of oil or loses alot of oil what yall think buy or pass
