First off, welcome to the forums. Secondly, what he was trying to say was try folowing the rules...since your new search. I was new and I searched and frankly, I have a low amount of posts b/c I did search. You'd be amazed what you will find. So search my friend and you will find...And vary the wordings, that helps alot.

It's an AWESOME core. I only had to trim the bumper cover a bit. Maybe 3/4 of an inch off the cover where the core would touch it. I'd still like to trim the bumper support to fit around the core so I can bolt my fogs back up.

there are some problems on the install. first, the bov return hose barely fit back on the bov if it even fits at all. bad location. should positioned it somewhere else. second, coolant reservoir need to be relocated. too bad there's no sturdy place to put it without rigging something up. but what do you really expect from a cheap kit. if i have to do it over. spend the extra $$$ and buy something better. the instructions is a joke. the guy who wrote it is a smart ass and answers problems with " you can solve it" wtf?

You got instructions????? Dang it. I asked but alas never did. Lucky I can probably figure it out. Doesnt look to bad, but it still would have been nice since the site said comes with detailed instructions.

Any short route inter-cooler for a 1g you will have to relocate the overflow bottle its not that big of a deal for the money you cant buy a better setup, I've put them on both my 2g's and going to get one for my 1g. As far as your blow off vacumm line being to short, big deal just make a longer one.

I tried to get this damn thing to work. problem is the bov pipe is junk. talked to mike culver over at punishment and he told me
"We shipped over 30 kits from that same batch and I havent heard of any fitment issues, usually it just comes down to things needing to be tweaked a little to get everything to fit into such a tight area that wasnt designed from the factory to have a fmic kit."
sent him a pic and everything. I flipped the bov hard pipe both ways. the way it fits best is hitting the MAF and makes it hard to recirculate. if i flip it the other way, bov is close to the hood, piping don't line up anymore. Then i found out today that the bov flange isn't perfectly flat, wtf? i don't mind relocating the coolant bottle which i totally understand since it's a short route kit. a simple thing as to make the bov location easier to work with isn't too much to ask. just move it up 2-3 inches.
what i'm going to do now is get a new pipe made by a shop around here. quoted 100 for it not including flange for 1g/greddy.

besides that problem, the install went pretty much alright. if you don't mind the make your own bracket to hold the intercooler in place idea. i had mine welded up with a L bracket. alot cleaner
