Punishment Racing Downpipe fitment

Hey,

I have an Apexi N1 downpipe and catback on my AWD 2g. The Apexi downpipe is getting really old and I want to replace it. I couldn't find an answer to this anywhere.

I want to buy the Punishent racing downpipe but I think I might have fitment issues. Their picture shows that its a straight downpipe, but my Apexi has a bend just after the flex.

Will the PR downpipe hit my tcase or anything else due to the lack of a bend?

Will it run all the way to my existing Apexi N1 catback?

And I tried emailing this question to them a couple days ago, but haven't gotten a response and I'm kind of in a rush to get my car back together.

I would call them and ask or try to make sure measurements. I personally love my apexi n1 and will be buying the same dp if ever goes bad but mine has been rock solid dd for 5 years with that exhaust.

All the bend is for is to locate is to near center. The gst have bigger bends and ive seen some gsx downpipes dont have any as they dont need any. Some use little bends to move it minor. Punishment racing should give you the option for gsx or gst. And just on a side note ive heard issues with them also but mainly for build quality.

Is there anything wrong with your current downpipe? Essentially, its only a pipe, no need to replace it unless its too small for your current needs or has a hole in it.

Thanks for the replies. My current downpipe is pretty beat up. Flex is busted up and there was a pretty big hole from the wideband bung breaking lose.

Hopefully they get back to me soon. Anybody have a number where I can call? I couldn't find one on the website.

If you have an awd 2g and its for an awd 2g you should be fine. Call a vendor and get there number.
