2G Punishment racing recirculating o2 housing fitment

Hello, I'm looking at purchasing the punishment racing o2 housing recirculating with tial wastegate and was wondering how fitment is? I was looking at earlier post form 2011 and 2012 saying that would touch the fans, alternator, or remove ac fan? I know the post are older and can be redesigned.
I'll be runing at fp manifold and fp 68tha turbo with it

I talked to punishment racing and it does rub. You would need to run slim fan or no ac

Does anyone run it and notice it doesn't

Or what about the maperformance o2 housing recirculating with their 38 mm turbo smart wastegate any fitment problems

I have it on my car, and you def would have to run slim fans. I have mishimoto slim fans and the housing is still pretty close to the AC side fan. Im thinking of getting one central fan that pulls like a freight train.

Sorry, I have the punishment recirc with a 38mm Tial and FP manifold. The fans that are on the shroud in that MAP link are the same fans I have. Im pretty sure you couldnt use the shroud if you get the punishment o2. Cant say regarding MAPs.

Or what your saying is that the fans are ok but the shroud that comes with the map kit won't work

Yes, im almost 100% sure the shroud would not fit without touching the fan against the o2 with the punishment setup. I just have the fans.

The fans came with some plastic zip tie like pieces that slide through the radiator.

I have that 02 housing on my car and i had to remove the factory a/c fan and put a pusher fan in front of the radiator . even with a thicker radiator there is plenty of room . one word of advice after you install the 02 housing make sure you rap it cause it gives off a lot of heat . I had to go to a colder thermostat to combat the higher temps after the 02 install.

^^^ I can confirm that as well. I was combating some heating problems myself. I'm hoping to send off the o2, exhaust mani, and hot side of the turbo off to get coated.
