You will never ever get full spool with a straight t4 under 4000 rpms. T4's are very large turbos that would spool more like 4500+ on a two liter.

Smoking is bad no matter what.

Not to mention a 50 trim at those boost levels(26 psi) will be higher airflow and plenty more left in it...........Same here. I vote for the 50 trim to keep on topicSquackdiddy said:damn, looks like i have it lucky up in minnesota. its 2 dollars average for 93 octane.
my_precious said:ok, so if a garret t4 turbo is bigger than i though, go with a 16g or 18g...remeber, people have accoplished 12s on the stock 14b, so u just want a decent turbo that is efficiant and boosts at lower rpms and doesnt stop till u let off the gas, a big race turbo isnt needed to get 11s...ESPECIALLY (sp?) high 11s...
I am sure the evo 16 is really efficient at that level as well Not to mention a 50 trim at those boost levels(26 psi) will be higher airflow and plenty more left in it...........
