Just wondering if I did this right. It seems kinda loose but I can't get them in any further. I tried hammering it with a mallet and no results. They wiggle around and what not. I know they're supposed to "fit like a glove" but I like my gloves tight...so yeah...

Thank Joe. Have they ever fell out before? Is it advised to put some window weld?

It did in my 2g, one side kinda slid out a bit, it didnt really affect it much it just bugged the hell out of me. I dont thinks its "advised" but its my preferred method, for the front one at least because it is just an insert, not replacing the entire thing like the other ones.

once you have them installed in the car i dont think there is really a way for them to fall out? say something if im wrong?

Well I see it as an insurance and a way to make them stiffer than before. I couldn't find any window weld so I substituted with a polyurethane construction adhesive. The outcome should be interesting.

You can get window weld at any advance auto. Its like 10 bucks a tube. The polyurethane might be interesting...wouldnt the polyurethane harden like a glue though? I wouldnt think it would be very pliable and might just crumble...who knows though, i guess youll find out..LOL.
